ONBOARDING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as main point of contact for new clients, sharing onboarding milestones and technical expertise on our products

  • Establish strong working relationship with clients throughout the onboarding process

  • Create and maintain proper onboarding documentation

  • Coordinate hand-off to support team once client onboarding is complete

  • Escalate issues when onboarding progress is at risk

Requirements:

  • Internet/Web savvy, able to quickly learn customer software and online applications
  • Proactive approach to helping others and accomplishing tasks on time and with minimal direction
  • Detail-oriented and organizational nature
  • Critical thinking and ability to solve new and unfamiliar problems
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen while remaining friendly, helpful and professional
  • Able to “read between the lines” and offer solutions to clients’ questions
  • Basic networking knowledge, CRM and CMS experience is a plus
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a desire to learn and grow with the Company
