CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage advanced product knowledge to troubleshoot and assist clients with product inquiries and potential technical difficulties 
  • Process and manage support tickets 
  • Support client retention strategies and new sales efforts
  • Client communications on updates or routine issues
  • Understand and value department KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on all Company, product, or departmental changes

Requirements:

  • Internet/Web savvy, able to quickly learn software and online applications
  • Detail-oriented and organizational nature (3+ years project management experience)
  • Proactive approach to helping others and accomplishing tasks on time and with minimal direction
  • Critical thinking and ability to solve new and unfamiliar problems
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (phone, web, email support experience a plus)
  • Basic networking, HTML, CRM and CMS experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in SEO, SEM, and Paid Ads 
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a desire to learn and grow with the Company
